kept calling and asked about schooling and stuff

They call and when pick up they stay on line but never talk if I hang up they continue to call

This number called me. And when I answered they didn't say a word. Just hung up on me.

I have received several calls from this number.  On my answering machine all it says is "good-bye".  Today I answered the call and all the recording said was "goodbye" and disconnected.

JUST an FYI:     I just received a call from this number again today 3/8/16 - this time someone was there.  The told me I did not complete my on-line request form for education.  I explained to them that I was not interested in education and don't believe that I had ever started filling out an application on-line for education, and to please put me on the do not call list.  Now that I think about it,  this is the 2nd time in a couple of months that I have asked them to remove my phone number.
