Called and spoke incoherently asking for me by name, then gibberish so I hung up. On do not call list and do not wish to hear from him! Not even complete phone number on call list.

SAME THING. THIS PERSON HAS CALLED 14 TIME IN 2 1/2 HOURS. THEY DO NOT ANSWER. THE PHONE NUMBER IS MISSING A NUMBER. 234566780. i FINALLY BLOCKED IT,
I got the same thing today. "US Grant Department"....very loud Indian call center. Asked for me by name, I said, no, then said he was from the US Grant Department and I cut him off and let him know I hope his mother dies in a fire! ...Doesn't help, I know, but after four calls in less than two hours if sure felt good. ;) They'll never stop calling. You can't block the calls because they are spoofed numbers, so you might as well have fun with them.
