This is how my call went...
"Hello! My name is Joe. I'm calling from..." (at tthis point, there was a 'click' noise and I couldn't hear what he finished saying) He then continued..."...Can you hear me okay?" (in the most pleasant, nicest way.)
I hung up immediately but not before wanting to say, "Can you hear ME okay? F*ck off!"
