I just recieved this yesterday, I was really interested in the house that they had for rent and then i took the address and looked it up. I saw the house on trulia.com and it runs for over a $1000 a month. Right then and there i just new that it was to good to be true, even my boyfriend told me we even called the number and nothing. I emailed them back and told them i dont feel comfortable to giving my info out like that and that they should just call us to talk about it. They came back with if you are really serious about this house then you will fill this out, the hell i did.

Just watch out for this guy!

This is one that is going around Poulsbo, WA. The ad posted on October 1st before the property management posted the ad. I emailed to see if there was an error in the price. When I did not receive a reply I checked zillow and found the rental listing by a local property management company. They downloaded and used the same pictures.
