Thank you Kat. You are so right. I just went through this but the second I got hit up for money I knew what it was! And thank you DR PHIL!!! It's so very sad. This breaks my heart for me and especially for those who actually paid.
Its a scam agency or a loan office. I recieved 5 calls all in one day the same voice and person, claiming i had an open loan with them. My phone told me the calls were from New York twice,Florida Once(This particular Number),California Once and Last India. The thief has some sort of number generator or location simulator because i have the same number call me twice in one day once from India and the other from New York.
