This man has an indian accent told me his name was Oscar Bustamante.
Was very very reluctant to give me his name while i was yelling at him. Hung up and called back immediately and he told me his "name" wwhen i changed my demeanor
This number calls me at least 3 times a day, I refuse to answer cause I don't know the number but I am sure they are a scam just wish someone will make them stop calling.
These stupid indian guy has called me 10 times!! No joke!! Total scam. Wants to sell me a 9,000 dollar grant for super cheap. Dont believe this guy people!!!! Someone shut this person down....
