I got a call from same number.  Did not answer, as I don't answer unknown calls.  I was certain as you all have said--phishing call.  I blocked the number and will continue to block any other numbers.

Called at 7:25 AM EST. No one there, called back and got a busy signal. Obviously some kind of scam call. You can block these numbers all day long but they will almost never call back from the same number twice. One time I got a message at around 9:30 AM from the IRS (Indian Revenue Scam) saying they're filing a lawsuit against me! Ooooooooooh!!! When I called back around 5 PM to screw with them the number was already out of service.

You're lucky if you can block calls!  My cell phone does not.  Neither does my carrier, AT&T, unles I PAY $5/month, the last time I cheked...
