called left no message don't of any whose phone number showed on my caller id did not answer no message left

Called @ 7:30 am and didn't leave a message

Called... didn't answer no message

Called and I answered. It was a recording about some sort of "reduced interest rate eligibility on my credit card expiring." I haven't inquired about any sort of reduced interest rate, nor have I been contacted directly from any of my credit card companies.
