Called me; I didn't answer, left no voicemail.

received call no msg

i answer and its a recording.. consumer report something about lowering my interest rates.... i get the same recording from different #s

They called and did not leave a message. Looking at other posts, it seems to be a credit card scam.

Just called did not show name on my ID, so did not answer it.  Glad I did not after reading these other notes.  I put on my reject list
