I'm receiving calls from that number. He had a Carribbean accent  He says he is in the military in Kabul.

I have several calls from this number I am Hispanic an I know they are too because they talked to me an it was so stupid all they have to say there was more people in th back I could hear them laughing they had a cuban voice an like I grow man.. ths what I can tell.. it says cape coral an yes its one of florida countys

hey ok i figured it out its a free talk number you can get from google talk so 34 people have had this number in 2 months

This number is a scam..  they are trying to scam people into giving money.   they tried to get me to donate money to help children in Africa because the child needed an operation

I received a call from this number 9-21-13 9:45 PM and I could not understand him he was talking softly and foreign.
