Who called from 2396734714

I have received several calls from this number also and when I answer I can tell someone is on the line but they don't say a word. Does anyone know who this is?

I'm receiving calls from that number. He had a Carribbean accent

He called himself Calvin Dean. Said he was calling from Kabul.

Really? This person keeps calling me. They know my name, and I just want to know who the hell is this person? Please if you know who this person is, please say. But. They don't sit there in silence they speak to me but the voice is obviously being disguised(making voice sound higher). As a matter of fact, they called me (I know it's them, I put them in my contacts as Prank Phone Caller) today but I denied the call. I regret it though. I want to answer them and tell them everything I know about them. [i'm really trying to figure out who this is]. So far:
-Has Prank Called other people, I'm in the Western USA, btw,
-They are from Cape Coral, Florida
-Under aged.
I am constantly going to be checking this website so anything else I should know, please tell me! Thanks.
