Idk how they got my # but they think my name is Elizabeth and they said I won $200,000,000 and I needed to call (607) 595-2098 and claim it the first time he called he said his name was David Carter and the second time he said it was John Moore and it was the Bank of America or something like that.
Not only did this person call and hang up over the course of several days. But then when they did finally get a hold of me I ask to speak to their supervisor or manager the man was very rude! Eventually ended up screaming back at me gibberish words and said you understand now?!
I ran an ad on craigslist offering employment. A man emailed me, stated he was a university student in Texas that was transferring to a local university to finish his masters and was looking for a part time job. I ended up giving him my phone number to do a telephone interview. Two days of repeat 'missed conference calls' he called me late at night. Sounded drunk or high, yet an accent I could not readily place, possibly Caribbean. I informed him that he was no longer considered for the job and he shifted his conversation to obscene & suggestive comments. In the last two days he has called back over 8 times. I have told him he was no longer acceptable for the job and not to call anymore and hung up. Then he will call back several times and hang up without speaking or leaving a message. When I dial his phone number I get a recording that it is a Magic Jack phone number that was unavailable. A search of Facebook shows an individual of the same name that is obviously from a foreign country.
