HI, I use Magic Jack.  And apparently this number has come on as me.  Don't worry I mean you no harm.

This number has been calling me at midnight and when I answer it they don't say anything you can just hear them breathing into the phone. They have also called my sister a lot during the day and doesn't say anything, just hear them breathing, what are they trying to do?

Its annoying.
