Who called from 2402001225

It's an automated message from a debt collector.  They leave an 888 number to call back if you listen to the entire message.  You can't understand it very well so not sure who they were trying to reach and what company it is or what the whole toll free call back number was.

calls looking for some named 'Johnny Robinson' & to press 0, which when done, the line dis-connects..

No one else reading this page can ''please remove'' anything on your behalf. Your caller is not going to dutifully study random forum complaints and cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments.

If you can provide a business name and/or details on the caller's stated purpose, you might get a more helpful response.

By the way, for sales and charity callers, the magic phrase is NOT ''take me off'' or "remove my name", but ''Add this number to your Do Not Call list''. Other caller categories don't need to maintain such internal lists.

Whether you are called a debtor or some collector thinks you can flush one out, you have rights and options. Many are simple to exercise if you only learn how. You are entitled to proof of claim and fair treatment. If you get neither, the collection agency should *not* win your assets. You are granted control of how you are contacted, the right to dispute debt claims, and the means to sue violators at low cost. The FTC and the CFPB can start you on your homework.
