scamming scammer - lower your interest rate.... (JUST GIVE US YOUR CARD NUMBER)  "this is your final notice, as part of the financial stimulus."

I blocked the number.

This telemarketing has been calling  a lot of  times and always claiming to reduce my interest rate on my credit card. Since I have none credit card balance, how in the world do I need this low interest rate. ******  telemarketing pls to get off my back. It is an irritating spam.

Out of state number that just called my personal cell.  Scam.
