Call the place you ORIGINALLY got the loan from and go from there. Do not EVER fall for the "you're going to be arrested" calls bc this is totally illegal. ALWAYS tell them to send you proof of debt in the mail and do NOT give them your mailing address. If they're legit, they'll have it. DO NOT even "confirm" what they have. Tell them to mail you any and all information, then hang up, and DON'T answer unknown phone numbers.
A woman identified herself as "Jasmine T." - said she was with something called the MSO Check Fraud Division. said that charges were about to be filed against me. Big whoop.
Got a call from a Jasmine Key and Danielle Bradshaw that I was going to be under arrest if I do not pay them 749.00 for a check loan I defaulted on. I paid another company callen MRD law on this a Sean Scott. I am so confused because I did defalt on the loan and want to make payments but do not know who is telling the truth and how can I find out.

Thank you so much for this. I have sent money to a Sean Scott from MRD on this same loan and now this person is calling named Jasmin Key and saying I'm going to be arrested and wants more money. I was just about to send her 200.00 when I decided to google the phone number and found all this information. I thank you for responding. When they call back for the payment this afternoon I'm going to let them have it. Thanks again.
