Called me twice.  No message left.  Did some research.   Level3communication--computer hobbyist-  using VOIP.
Scam.

Called my VM, no message; but  hi freq hum.

Again, thanks for this website. I almost picked up  thinking it was a relative in Damascus as the caller ID had a phone number and said Damascus.   A fundraising scam, ugh!

Another 240-207-XXXX nuisance call, left no message. Many more scams than relevant calls these days.
