Someone representing IRS of Pakistan called and left a message about a lawsuit against me.

I called them back and blew an air horn to the first person who answered.

Caller said they were from the I.R.S. and were filing law suits against me.  The I.R.S. warns you that they will never call your phone unsolicited.  This is a scam and needs law enforcement attention.
