Who called from 2402459515

I need to know who this is because they are leaving me text messages and they call my phone but they don't leave a message. I don't answer any calls or texts that I don't know who is calling or texting me.

Left no message on machine, assuming a political call due to Pres. Primary like most of the annoying calls last 3 weeks.

Got a call from this # yesterday at 2:42 p.m.  No msg was left.

Got a call from this number at 6:30PM CT. I did not answer and no message was left.

Called at 1:25p on 3/3/16.  No message...now blocked.
