US Solar they are an Obama rip off company they will not stop calling me at least once a day sometimes twice in a day for the last 3 months. I have asked them to remove me from their call list nicely, but that does not work just like Obama does as he wants. Do not call is not much help I have reported it twice.
Irritated, I know exactly how you feel. Think about getting a call blocker for your landline and downloading a call blocking app for your cell. Those things are amazing. Here's the 800 notes forum on call blockers. Read through it for users reports on the types and brands that they use.

As for this call; Call back gets, "The number you have dialed is not in service." That means it's spoofed and that means SCAM. If you had a call blocker (there are also phones that block calls) you could just add it to your block list. Take a look at that forum. Cheers! :-)
