Who called from 2402459503

This number calls a Department of Defense number repeatedly throughout the day, every day. I have told them to not call, they ignore any requests and I have opted out over three months ago.  Nothing short of harassment.

I have received two calls from this number. One was not picked up and no VM was left and the second time I did pick up but no one was on the other end.  Lovely robo call it appears.

Called me today while I was on the other line.  Didn't answer, but pretty sure it was a spam call...

Ive been called several times and did not leave a message. Most likely a scam.
