Who called from 2402459540

I have calls from this # daily which I no longer answer.  This has been occurring for over a month. When I initially answered there was no response

This number 240-245-9540 calls  and when you answer no one is there then after a few seconds someone hangs up. I get this call several times a day

I have my call blocker set to hang up on all calls from numbers that are not in my contact list. This number was blocked from the first time it attempted to call me. Yet, my block log indicates that this number has continued to attempt to call me every day for the last two weeks, at least 3x per day. Has to be a programmed robocall.

For whatever good it might do, I filed a complaint on this number with the FTC.  Not holding my breath though.
