The American Veterans Support Foundation (they also call from 240-241-7819), is one of those SCUM organizations that in 2013, solicited 1.9 million dollars, with virtually nothing going to Veterans (Their "expenses" were more than they took in). Google them and check out charitynavigator.org. who gave them a 0.0 star rating. The State of Tennessee also fined them $20,000 for questionable practices. Before donating to ANY charity, check them out on the internet to find out just where their (YOUR!) money goes. You will be amazed!!!
just got a call from this number, says Gaithersbg, MD on caller ID. They didnt leave a message and I dont answer the phone for numbers I dont recognize.

They really are blanketing the US - there have been 14 calls reported here in the last 24 hours.
I would be surprised if this site had more than 1 out of 100 calls about this number reported. Given that, there were a minimum of 1,400 spam calls from this number today!

Just got a call from 240-252-3089. CID said GAITHERSBG MD. I let the answering machine get the call. They hung up without leaving a message. Added it to the Blocked Number list...
