Can Anyone tell me who this number is?

Person called me and
no response when answered

Called my cell twice without leaving messages. When I called back, got a recording that said, "The number or code that you have called is incorrect."  All sounds shifty.

Called my phone this morning and it only rang about 3 or 4 times. Then it hung up and there was no message.

Just got a call.  Said it mailbox was not set up to accept messages.
