These people must have taken the short bus to school when they were younger. I explained my situation to them a week ago. Still they call four to five times a day. Perhaps they can't read- all they need to do is read their account notes. One sorry, rude, lazy, clueless group of people. They don't even bother to leave a voicemail. If all they do is get paid to talk to people, then they should friggin open their mouths and talk. Don't hang up, have some intestinal fortitude-leave a message. Any more calls from them and I contact the az atty general.
yeah i talked to em about a week ago, same thing. i explained what was going on and they still call multiple times a day. mine is about medical bills. but anyway i just added em to my auto-reject list so it's all good :-D
I have the same problem. But my reject list is full....So I have saved number on my cell and the ringer ID says Its a wrong number don't answer. So I don't bother to run to answer the phone.
