I get calls from several companies claiming that they are calling on behalf of AT&T. But when I talk to my rep from AT&T, she says that they actually have no affiliation with them. I even had one company send out people to our business 2 times to see if we were getting our "rate adjustment" just so that they could see our phone bill. These places are so shady that I will never switch my services for anything. They try and get our business by lying to us about who they are and why they want to talk to us...screw that. Is the economy so bad that this is the only job that these people can find? I would rather lick a toilette seat at the "Staples Center" than do to people what these slack jawed, knuckle dragging, cross-eyed, knock kneed, buck-toothed, still living at home with their parents, top 10 under achievers of whatever city they live in, do.
I received a very unprofessional rude call from Shakeema Johnson of Nova One. gave me a bogus number when i pressed her. something needs to be done about these calls!
hi, i was desperate and took a job with Novo1 call center in Billings, MT. i had a bad feeling from the start. on the first day of training, our trainer kept telling us that if an irate caller calls us and complains about something they didnt order, costing at least $20, we were to tell them to write to a fake address in minnesota. the trainer lady joked that the address was a vacant lot!!! she was telling us to lie!!!!
i stayed for about 9 hours of training in all. during the last few hours of my career there, i had to accept dozens of calls from IRATE callers who sounded for the most part, very low income, seniors, gullible, basically, the poorest of the poor. and we had to keep lying to these people over and over. and when someone with a little fortitude asked to speak to the manager, we had to say that the manager was not available or some damn lie--the manager refused to speak to them. these poor callers were told to write to that fake address in minnesota--a vacant lot! novo 1 is based in fort worth, tx.

they are in major violation of FCC telecommunications do not call laws. on top of that, they are stealing from people by adding charges to credit card bills and making it impossible to have these charges erased.
please report them to the FCC.
