Received this telemarketing call on my cell phone just now -- 1st I've ever received. Wonder how they got the number?
I looked on Intelius.com -- it said the company headquarters in Clinton, Maryland. For a price that site (Intelius) will provide name. address, etc. I decided they weren't worth spending any more of my time, and I certainly wasn't going to spend any money to research them further. They're telephone low-lifes!
I got a call from same number...I didn't answer, after a while I blocked my number using *67 and called them back. Was a recording, with the option to be put on their do not call list, I chose that prompt. ..said my number was recognized and added to list and may take few weeks for calls to stop. How is that...? My number was blocked. ..and it doesn't give you a verification of your number or the option to enter your number manually. So how could they possibly have added my number?
