Who called from 2403194144

I got a call from this number.
A woman said hello, hung up. I called, no answer

Rang once, no answer. Called back, no one answered.

Rang a bit then stopped. I did not pick up or call back.

They called, I answered and they hung up immediately.  I called then back, no answer.

This number called me twice and left no message. When i called back there was no answer after 1.30 minutes of ringing.
