Fair Collections and outsourcing. I answered first I was connected to someone in a foreign country then when I tried to get any details about the call I was transferred to another lady. (she spoke english better, but not much) She told me this will be recorded and blah blah. Anyway after I told her my names she still wanted to confirm this that and the other but I kept asking what this was about etc she wouldn't answer. Anyway it's a collection agency for apartments and managed buildings.
