It does not matter if you are six minutes late. THey will call you and call you until you drop. They have no idea what the meaning of the word harrassment means. Try getting calls every 1/2 hour. GOtten so that I do not even answer. They also have several different phone numbers that they use ranging from 972, 240 etc. They are like endless. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are relentless and half the time the customer service reps are not even in the US.

Good ol' Capital One Auto Finance. I pay my car payment every month and without fail, and yet, go a day or two late and they send out the blood hounds. This is their reaction to someone who is a day laste I'd love to know what they do when you start to default. They already call every 20-30 mins all day long from a HUGE list of different numbers. What do they do if you are a month or more late? Call every 5 minutes?
