Who called from 2403744568

Got a call at 8:20 am on a SUNDAY, Didn't leave a message I thought they are NOT suppose to call on weekends when they are closed.

I know it is a debt collector or telemarketer because it immediately dialed my house phone number right after I hung up mine.

I think I need to report this to the Consumer complaints and file a lawsuit since they are calling on a WEEKEND when they are not open. I am up to date on all my debt so I don't know why they keep calling and NOT leaving a message

Well I wish diarrhea on these scamming, illegal, [***].

Just got a phone call from this number, but didn't answer it; surprised they left a message.  The phone call was a debt collector calling for our son, who has never lived with us at this number and has not lived with us for nearly 20 years.

Also from (240) 374-4558. They left a message for someone with a different first name stating they are a debt collector. I called back to ask them to remove my number from their list. They asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN. A pause while they "looked up my account". They came back and asked if they may have my full SSN. I told them "No you may not". I explained again they had the wrong number and they apologized and hung up quickly. Sounds like a scam to me.

They called twice in a row but did not leave a message. I have blocked over 20 phone numbers that begin with 240-374- and various last 4 numbers.

It is a scam. I've never been in debt. They used to leave messages in an Indian accent asking for Ryan Lewis but now they just hang up.

The phone companies need to be harder on these crooks and give us options to only allow calls from numbers we want. Also the ability to block any number originating by VoIP. I'm 99% positive that's where most of these scams are generated.

You can also thank the companies that took U.S. Jobs and shipped them to India. Those crooks are stealing our info from their databases and selling them to scam call centers.
