Brad Armstrong called place of business asking for an employee but would not say why only a reference number. These are sleaze balls that go out and buy debt that you have probably already paid off and make it seem like you need to pay them right away. Get a credit report and remember that collection agencies will send a letter regarding outstanding legitimate debt.
