some automated message from "Card Services" saying something like "There is nothing wrong with your card but we can offer you a lower credit card rate, press 1 ... This offer will expire soon" I pressed 1 and got a person who then demanded my name?
I asked to be removed from the call list and
THEY JUST HUNG UP ON ME!!!
I called back and got a long winded answering machine with a push 2 to remove yourself from the call list message.
( so I did BUT doubt they will remove me, this company is using many phone numbers it seems )
it seems to be the exact same crap pitch as these guys well documented here:

1) filing a complaint with the crtc
2) Looking for the Consumer Protection Division maryland office to file a complaint.
