Who called from 2403896700

Receiving several calls a day from Andrea and Ryan.  Two different numbers.  The area codes are different; Maine and Missouri.  
I have answered it several times and it just hangs up.  Weird.

Not much more details to include except they asked for my mom which is who ownes the phone. And it sounded like a prerecorded voice.

When we get a call from an "unknown" out of area we let it go to the answering maching.  Left no message.

Got two calls in one day, but they've called before - One is listed as Ryan and Andrea at the number 231-224-2089 and the other is listed Andrea and Ryan at this number - 240-389-6700.

No message left either time. I don't answer if I don't know who it is...and I'm getting so tired of this crap.

We got several calls from this number beginning precisely at 8 am PST and around the same time a call from 231-224-2089.  Call went to message machine and no message was left.  Caller ID says "Andrea and Ryan."
