These people call and call and call, so finally I answered just to see who it is. Yes it is Sam White (with a foreign accent) from the National Institute of Health. Gave an address and everything of the place. If I want this money he said I have to give him account numbers from my bank or credit card. If not I can go purchase a Walmart card and call them back and they will put the 14K on that to transfer to you. When I call back I would speak to a manager of which he gave me names. I ask again about the names and then it seem to change. Please so not give out info to these people.

I told them I did not have the $200 at all. they then asked if I could barrow it from a friend. that if I did not have the $200 that I could not get he money they were giving me. two numbers were given (240)437-4232 and 18002145483
Same exact thing just happened to me a few minutes ago, David Walker and Harry Carter. I'm so sick of the corruption iin this world!!!! Soooo sick of it!!!! Also, if you get a call from the IRS, telling you your about to be arrested for tax fraud, Its a SCAM!!! The IRS does not call people. Don't give out your information over the phone and use pay pal to buy online. My identity has already been stolen twice this year. Bet it won't happen again....
Just got a call from "Mike Smith from the National Institute of Health Department with ID of MS009. States that I have won 14,566 and I need to purchase a prepaid card so it can be transferred. What the heck????
Just got a call from the 'N I H' (about the tenth call from this number) about a grant I had been selected for, $14,566. They verified all of my public information so I went through the entire process and even gave them an old prepaid Walmart card that I used to use on occasions, to transfer the money to. I had to call back right away to verify everything. This time I spoke to a David Morgan who sounded suspiciously like the same person I had just spoken with. After going over the same things again, he told me I needed to go to a Walgreens, Family Dollar, or Dollar General and purchase one of their prepaid debit cards. I stopped him and asked if this was where I had to give them $200 in order to get the grant money. He said yes and it would be refunded after a short survey. I told him I didn't have $200 and thanked him for wasting his time and mine.
This number is related to s fraud. They claim to be part of HHS or NIH. You would not receive an unsolicited grant from either group. You have to apply to the grants that both government groups offer and they would never ask for your bank information.
