Called ne on Oct.14 at 12:27 and woman's voice said something about calling this number or the IRScould take legal action against me. I tried twice to return the call and got a busy signal. I then found this website and am reporting this call which appears to be a scam.
I called back this number and talked to a man, I asked him if he is really a IRS agent
He said he can give me a name and budge number, i did not care any further conversation
This is very suspicious, should not take it seriously, I contacted IRS hot line reporting about the call
IRS does not communicate private tax issue on telephone unless on-going subject Also there is a toll free number you can
contact Leaving massage is also out of practice, let alone they never say "IRS filed the law suit against you"

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.
