I have received three calls this evening from 240-507-1192. Each time, I answered the phone after the second ring and there was no one there each time. Once, I got a dial tone, the other two times just "dead". No one speaks.
Shortly after I posted my first message, I received another call. I answered on the first ring and finally got someone to talk to. They are trying to sell "diabetic insurance" Since I don't have diabetes, I told the woman so. My husband, who died in January, did, however have diabetes. I suspect that either a drug company or Medicare is selling them our names. I threatened to call the FCC the next time they call. Hope it works.
they just called me and asked if "i" have diabetes. and i just called back and the number is not in service, theres been scams going around my town. and the police are involved
Got a couple of calls from that number today. Answered 2nd time to see what it was. They used my previous name which I haven't used for 5 years and said I'd filled out a form saying I have diabetes. Told them I didn't and I don't have it, so they're obviously liars. I'm also on the do not call list.
