This is a robocall claiming to represent Boeing Employees Credit Union with the information that "there has been a hold placed on your debit card" or words to that effect. The next step requests your sixteen digit account number and I can only guess what happens after that as I hung up. The institution named may vary according to the area code of the victim's number. BECU responds that it handles such situations with a LIVE caller.
