It does not matter if you are six minutes late. THey will call you and call you until you drop. They have no idea what the meaning of the word harrassment means. Try getting calls every 1/2 hour. GOtten so that I do not even answer. They also have several different phone numbers that they use ranging from 972, 240 etc. They are like endless. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are relentless and half the time the customer service reps are not even in the US.
Thats exactly who I thought it was. Capital One Auto Finance. Talk about Harrassment. I pay my car payment everymonth but just a few days late and they start calling you 10 times per day after day 1. If you do not answer then they start calling you from all of these wierd numbers to try and fool you. Once they get you they try and make you set up a payment over the phone even if you tell them no 5x. WTF!?
This auto finance company kills me! Let me tell you what they do to me call me the exact day and even though I am on autopay harrass me till the payment goes through.I have had the vehicle for 3 years and they still have this thing with calling and harrassing. Oh they even called my Mother in law when I refused to pick up the phone!
These people are [***] for sure. The second you are late they call over and over and over and over...I was told it was an auto dialer and there was nothing they could do to stop it unless you actually make payment arrangements with amounts and date paying and set it up to come out. Just telling them you are going to pay it on a certain date doesn't work...I tried. lol. And they don't refinance their own loans which is the stupidest thing I have ever heard...aarrrggg. Will be SO glad when this car is paid off so I never have to deal with them again! I have 16 numbers now for them that they have called from - see below:
