It's customer service survey company calling on behalf of Alamo, National or Enterprise rent a car (both Alamo and National are owned by Enterprise), they survey one in four customers to improve service and internally score their locations on a quality service index. It's a legit call if you've rented recently.
I got calls twice yesterday and today.. I rented National Car over the weekend.. going by this thread I guess it has to do with rental companies.. I couldnt attend it both times.. and they left no voicemails.
Yes it is Enterprise. My husband works for them and I just received the same call for my rental.. It is a survey, they will not call back after the first call.. WE even ignore them..
Same number, i did not answer, no voicemessage- however- i understand it may be Enterprise as i did rent a car from them this week, thank s to a young man hitting me because he stepped on the gas instead of the brake. had to share. then my husband scratches the rental car while returning the rental back to enterprise. lol...having a great time arent i ...? so, um, yeah, i am not taking a survey with this number...they REALLY dont wanna hear what i have to say
Called back the number. It's a company called Maritz Research. The recording says they are not a telemarketer, therefore not violiating DND laws. (I still added them to my DND list). They give you this number and say you can call to be removed: 1-800-864-8601.
I also googled them and this is their website:
