Just wanted to update this string that I to received a call from the number in question, 204-699-8913 on Sunday early evening time. I was visiting some friends so I didn't want to answer the call so I put them into voicemail but no vmail was left. I read several strings down and noticed a lot of relation with Enterprise car rental. I just returned a month long car rental with Enterprise, the associate explained that I would possibly be getting a call/survey. I guess that was it.
Really survey? 2 Weeks in a row I made reservations the place was closed ON FRIDAYS. No one ever picks upTHE PHONE Every time I rent a car from them, the car is filthy and stunk like vomit. The last rental was even given to me EMPTY....
They are nice people. They just called me to ask me how the customer service was at Alamo. They are not bill collectors. Alamo and National Car Rental are owned by Enterprise. They are a great company and they work very hard to please their customers. I have traveled nearly every week for the past 14 years and I only use Alamo and national and Enterprise. They really care about their customers.
