That's odd. I have never rented a car from them that wasn't immaculately clean, filled with fuel, and almost new. In fact, last week I rented a Nissan that had only 10 miles on the odometer (ten miles!)...I was obviously the first renter.
I rented from Enterprise and just returned the car yesterday. Today, just minutes ago, I got the call from Enterprise conducting a followup survey. The survey was only two questions: How satisfied was I with the experience? and How likely will I call Enterprise again for subsequent rentals? Each question was followed by several selections in the range of answers such as 'most likely' to least likely' and 'very satisfied' to 'not satisfied at all'.
I've rented from Enterprise regularly, and I noticed recently their phone number is coming through with full area code and Name Description in the caller ID. It didn't used to, and they used to use either an unlisted number or a non-descript 800 number. This was the first time I got to participate in their survey, because I do not answer callers who I do not recognize.
