Also glad to see FCC and Do Not Call registry are working! I checked and I am on it! I know you have to re-registered after so many years. Getting at least 10 calls a week from this number and others! Way to go FCC and DO-NOT-CALL!
Since I blocked this number last week they have called me 6 times, 4 times on Saturday alone. The phone doesn't ring, and I don't know they've called unless I check the phone for some other reason.
Don't take these calls personally! They aren't calling you, they're calling a randomly generated number just hoping somebody will pick up. In these days of caller ID and answering machines, there is no reason to answer your phone if you don't recognize the number. If it's someone who legitimately needs to talk to you, they'll leave a message.
I truly believe that nobody can stop these scammers. Not the FTC, the FCC, or law enforcement. They use this free access utility called the internet and they move too fast to be caught. If we, their targets, just refuse to answer the phone, they are powerless.
