I got a call from him too.  I beleive he bought info from check cashing companys and is trying to scam.  He said it was with advanced america.  I read a post by someone else with almost the exact senario as mine.  Don't give him any info.  He had all old info on me and gave me a dedline of noon to pay him.

Go to the FTC website and report these idiots...it is a blatent violation FDCA of 1977, meaning they are in violation of federal regulations.  I work in the financial services industry and I KNOW that the FTC will step in if enought people file legitimate complaints.   ttps://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov

I was called at my mother's house in Ohio from a Bill Dorsey.  The company name was Weinbrug Cockran Concol and Irwin.  Mr Dorsey told me that he was with JP Morgan/Chase.  I was at my mother's visting cause they r gettin ready to do knee replacement surgery on me and it made me cut my vist short.  I came home and started looking into this.  I called Jp Morgan/Chase and they told me that they had their own lawyers to take care of this. The time that I had to pay this money keep changing.  It went from haivng 30 minutes on wed to having till 9pm yesterday.  I called this man back and he hung up on me when I started to calll him out on all this stuff.  I also called the Co Advance America that sold my info to these dirt bags.  When he found that out he told me that they may have got me for harassment I told him I was getting info cause he would not provide it to me and he went off the wall.  I didn't send this idoit money, but I had ppl trying to come up with it for me. He told me that I better look it up that I didn't want to mess with this Co and I told him that I was not afraid of him, that I would see him in court.  The names that they give you are fake I believe.  I also think that there check places should be shut down if they r going to sell your private info to a scam artist.
