Lady wanted me to upgrade my alarm system to wireless because "one in five homes is burglarized and thieves are cutting the phone lines to disable alarms." I replied, "Maybe in your neighborhood but not in mine. Besides, cutting the phone line to our house won't disable anything, since it's not in use anyway."
Talk to what sounded like a(n) (automated?) male caller.
Caller's Company was giving away wireless alarms in the 'neighborhood'. Still believe they were doing automated responses to my inquiries as the caller was talking over me and then the response was rather strange, very scripted and did not advise the call was being recorded. They hung-up on me. :(
Love talking to TM(s). Sorry my call didn't last long. The male voice did say he would put me put me on the DNC list.
We'll see.
