Actually they are not using your domain or your server... They are using an address they scraped off some forum or newsgroup and then used as a reply address or spoofed the address to look like it was coming from you.... they never sent it via your machine or actual account unless they know your user / password.
They are also spoofing other domains. This is the email I got:
