yeah i received several calls from this number. i've never answered and they never leave a message. they keep callin my cell number. i was wondering who it was, now that i know, i'll never answer.
this number calls everyday. My account is not overdue so I'm not sure why? I answer and they never say anything and I call back and it's a recording the number is not in service.
I keep getting calls that say "dte energy" on caller ID (it's not even capitalized!) and this was one of the numbers that came up. I've also gotten VERY similar ones that say "vfwmi" (Veterans of Foreign Wars, Michigan?). I DOUBT IT!!! They leave recorded messages that don't say anything but want you to dial numbers which I WILL NOT DO! I found out that anyone can buy a 'card' that allows someone to use any phone number (and thus ID?) to have it display on your caller ID so you think the caller is from some reputable company/organization. I think that is horrible, deceptive CRAP! It should be illegal!! It is FRAUD! There's even a link to do so on this page! OUTRAGEOUS!!! AND, DTE Energy is in DETROIT and Detroit has a DIFFERENT area code! SO... I don't think this is really DTE but I'm not going to play their game to find out. I'll just keep blocking them! Every new number they get: BLOCKED!!!
