Left message, but I only heard "Hi (my name), this is " Then his name was muffled and his phone hit dead zone.

keeps calling my medical emergency cell, 8 times in the last three days. today is March 9th.

I think this a dialing service for international callers - they buy the service and it goes through this number.

Called at 8:46 am -- hang up.
