Caller id says LNG MEGAPOPNET. No message was left. It's a scam.
Drat! I did not get a single scam call this weekend. It was wonderful! I hoped the FCC's catching and fining that one huge scammer from India meant these calls would stop for more than two days. Does not look like it. Others rush in to take his place. Nothing but scams all day. And i am trying to make some business calls out.

I knew it was a spam call so I decided to get them at their own game and answered saying:
You have reached the nyc police department and we know where this call IS originating from and have notified the local authorities about you making spam calls...
Let's see it they ever call me again.
