Who called from 2485891135

Called few times no message

some heavy accented man calling my job everyday asking for different execs.

It is recruiter from RBGSI in Madison Heights, MI.  Just tell the person you don't have the time and not to call you again.

Yes, it's a representative from RBGSI offering recruitment services (80% of their volume is in IT and engineering), as well as vendor management services. It's a legit company: http://www.rgbsi.com/

Head hunter......I just list them in my phone contacts with a "Do Not Answer". When the number shows up I just dont answer.
